When the whole tile roof needs work
Sometimes the tiles are fine but what sits under them has worn out, and sometimes the damage is too widespread to patch. In both cases we look at the whole roof and tell you what it needs.
When a tile roof is replaced we use top-grade materials and the correct underlayment, and the work carries a warranty.

We advise against it. Tiles crack easily under foot, and a cracked tile is how many leaks start.
How do I know if my tile roof is leaking?
Look for ceiling stains, damp in the attic, or tiles that are cracked, missing or out of line. A free inspection will find where water is getting in.
